Manish Maheshwari, managing director of Twitter India, said on the new Diwali emoji, “Recently, many people have been coming forward on Twitter to help others and conduct more authentic, meaningful and positive conversations. The uncertainties of the year have certainly focused on the ‘I’ to ‘us’, thus stimulating feelings of gratitude and gratitude towards offline and online communities. This Diwali, as people come together in celebration, physically or virtually, with our new emoji we want to continue them for #LayLight with positive interactions and acts of kindness. “
