The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is expected to hit the market in January 2021 along with other models in the Galaxy S21 series. Now, an online report has leaked the key features of the phone. The report shows that the internal code name of this frontline smartphone is O3 model number SM-G998U.
The handset comes with a dynamic AMOLED 2X display and a 5,000 mAh battery. The Galaxy S21 series lineup includes three more models. They are the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 +, and Galaxy S20 Ultra. The alleged design and color options of this smartphone have been leaked before.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra: Expected Features
The report claims that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will come with a 6.8-inch dynamic AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout at the top of the screen. The display panel offers a high refresh rate of 144Hz. The renders of the smartphone were leaked earlier this month. The top-end variant of this handset comes with a slightly bent display.
The Samsung phone is powered by an Exynos 2100 SoC processor for various markets including India. The Galaxy S21 Ultra variant in China and the US will be replaced by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 SoC processor. This smartphone runs on Android 11 based One UI 3.0 OS.
Featuring a 108-megapixel primary shooter, Samsung says it will introduce a quad rear camera setup on the Galaxy S21 Ultra. A 40-megapixel snooper on the front is provided with a cut-out punch-hole for taking selfies.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 comes with an ultra 5,000 mAh battery. As far as color options are concerned, an earlier report said that the smartphone may be available in Black and Silver colors. It is said that this handset will come with S Pen support.
