Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is going to bring a new feature for its customers, with the help of which you will be able to send unlimited audio messages to a lot of people. For this, you only have to record the message on your device and you will be able to send it to the other users. This service, which is going to be received by BSNL, will be given to users from a telecom company for the first time in India.
BSNL Group may come with audio messaging service in the next two months. Till now no other telecom operator is offering such service to its users. On behalf of the company, this feature will be extended to BSNL customers through a mobile app. First of all BSNL users will have to register their number on the online platform, after which they will be able to use the voice message feature.

This way you will be able to send messages
After registering their number, users have to record and upload their voice message in the mobile app. After this, the contacts in your contact list to whom they want to send the message will be given the option to select. After doing this, the audio message recorded will be delivered to all contacts as soon as you tap on the Submit button. A call will be sent to the people to whom you have sent the audio, and they will hear your message as soon as they receive the call.

This process of sending calls to multiple numbers and playing of messages together is called call pumping. If for some reason the receiver does not pick up the call and your audio cannot reach it, then after some time it will be called again. BSNL says that there is no limit in this and users can send audio messages to as many people as they want. For this, users will have to pay the normal calling rate.
