Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 Titanium review: the return of the rotating bezel

Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 3 has been on the market for quite some time, but we finally got a chance to get our hands on it, and it was in style, along with its more premium version, the Titanium.

The difference with the normal one? its materiality, of course, and the fact that it comes with a band made of metallic links in a very elegant, exquisite black finish. It is a “plus” that you could give yourself if you look for something even more refined and executive than the common model.

Its 45mm dial makes it a bit big, but for my size, it works perfectly, there are also 41mm ones. That it is round, contrary to Apple’s offerings, for example, for many it will be a plus.

Regarding the Galaxy Watch Active2, which was one of our favorites, the main thing is the return of the physical rotating bezel, and believe me when I tell you that it is worth every second it is used. Tyzen, the watch’s operating system, you can tell that it was thought by and for this. Yes, it’s not quite as “sporty” as the Active model, clearly, but that’s the nice thing about having options.

The heart rate measurement is still accurate and in my case constant, all day and all night, along with occasional tests of oxygen saturation in the blood. The watch is also capable of doing electrocardiograms, but that is not yet enabled in the region.

Its battery is no longer as fantastic as in older models, in return we have a much more capable piece of computational processing on the wrist, which you can use all day and all night, to charge it in the morning while you wake up. So I have worked without problems, and obviously, with the screen always on, as appropriate.

I think some things could improve, like Bixby, that beyond putting reminders and giving you the weather, understanding Spanish becomes complex. Also, the vibration bike could be stronger and more precise, but they are things that they will surely review in future versions.

Its sports functions are still intact and as good as before, with automatic exercise detection and even with analysis of your steps, measuring their asymmetry.

For now, it is, without a doubt, the most advanced smartwatch that you can use in the Android ecosystem, above -even- options with WearOS. At the same time, it is one of the most classy and stylish. A round package.
