Renault’s sales grew 6 percent in September 2020. The Quid continued to be the best-selling model for French manufacturers in India last month. Renault Qid sold 4,513 units in September 2020. Renault has reported a 52% growth in quid sales.
Renault Triber sold 4,710 units in September last year. In September this year, Renault Triber sold 4,159 units. Last year’s September sales were down 12 percent compared to September this year.
In September last year, Renault Duster sold 544 units. In September this year, however, a total of 133 units were sold. This is a drop of 76 percent compared to September last year.
The Quid model’s contribution to the sales of Renault cars as a whole is immense. Renault has recently launched a new special edition NeoTech model of the Quid car in the Indian market to boost sales during the festive season.
The Renault Quid hatchback’s special edition interior also includes some subtle changes. This includes the steering wheel, trim surround infotainment system and seat upholstery.
Renault India today announced special offers for central government and state government employees, including doctors and teachers. The company will offer an additional discount of Rs 22,000 on this special offer.
Renault is offering a loyalty bonus of Rs 20,000 on the 1.3-liter model and Rs 70,000 discount on the Duster. Along with this is offering a three year or 50,000km Easy Maintenance Package.
The company is offering a discount of Rs 40,000 on its Renault Quid and Rs 30,000 on the Renault Triber. The scheme is in line with Holiday Travel Discount (LTC) vouchers issued by the central government to its employees, Renault India said.
