According to the results of Médiamétrie, Wednesday evening, on the occasion of the semi-final first leg of the Champions League between PSG and Manchester City (2-1), RMC Sport achieved its audience record for the 2020-2021 season and was the third channel in France over 25-49 year olds.
Among the performances achieved:
>> 2.4 million cumulative viewers for the match on RMC Sport 1 (1.6 million viewers on average between 9 p.m. and 10:55 p.m.)
>> RMC Sport was the fifth channel in France on 4+ and achieved its record viewing audience for the season, as well as its second best audience ever behind the Leipzig-PSG semi-final last season
>> RMC Sport also achieved its season record for 25-49 year olds with 10.5% of PDA and was the third channel in France
>> the pre-game of the program “Champions Zone”, presented by Jean-Baptiste Boursier and the Dream Team RMC Sport, achieved its best audience of the season with 1.5 million viewers in aggregate (202,000 viewers on average between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.)
>> the post-game show “Champions Zone” achieves its record audience over the season cumulatively with 1.1 million viewers (263,000 viewers on average between 10:55 p.m. and midnight.
RMC Sport equaled its best score in audience on the OTT with more than 460,000 devices connected to the RMC Sport channels from 8 p.m. to midnight.
