On Diwali people of every category have decorated their homes with different types of lights. To prevent consumers from stealing electricity during the festival, the team of South Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam will monitor in different areas. Electricity workers and officials will also monitor in which areas the electricity is being stolen. Therefore, preparations have been made on behalf of all sub-divisions of the Electricity Corporation.
XEN Jitendra Singh Dhul of Ballabhgarh Division of South Haryana Electricity Distribution Corporation says that the festival will be monitored in different parts. There will be two benefits from that. First, consumers will be supplied with adequate power and consumers will not be able to steal electricity. At the same time, according to the control room of the Electricity Corporation, the demand for electricity is also increasing.
According to the information, there was a demand of around 770 MW power supply in the circle on 12 November. Whereas, on November 11, 580 and then on November 13, there was demand for supply at around 550 MW. The Electricity Corporation claims that adequate power is being supplied in the circle. If more demand will increase then the electricity corporation is also ready for that. However, due to Diwali on Saturday, government offices and companies will remain closed. Due to this, the system of power supply is also seen as normal.
At the same time, SE Naresh Kumar Kakkar of Electricity Corporation says that adequate power is being supplied in the circle. People are being appealed not to break crackers around the power cable or wire. If any problem arises, then inform the control room number -9540954708 and the concerned lineman, JE and SDO.
