According to ESPN, Zinédine Zidane’s eldest son Enzo is currently on trial with Inter Miami, who are preparing for the next MLS season. But there is no guarantee that the 26-year-old attacking midfielder will sign a contract with the American club.
Fifteen years after Zidane father, will David Beckham collaborate with Zidane son? It’s possible. According to ESPN, Zinedine’s eldest son Enzo Zidane is currently on trial with Inter Miami, a franchise owned by the former Manchester United and Real Madrid star.
Without a club since his breach of contract with Almeria in early October, the 26-year-old has reportedly been training for a few days or weeks with the Florida squad – now led by Phil Neville – who will start the new MLS season on April 18.
Five clubs since 2017
It remains to be seen whether the trial will lead to a contract. Still according to ESPN, nothing today allows to say that Enzo Zidane will stay in Miami.
Trained at Real Madrid, where he played a small game with the A team in 2016, the former U19 international left the Merengue club in the summer of 2017, to then continue experiences in secondary clubs, namely Alavés, Lausanne, Rayo Majadahonda, Desportivo das Aves, and therefore Almeria, without ever being sustainable. At the beginning of November, the German press announced it in discussions with FC Erzgebirge Aue, in local D2.
