According to the administration, the condition of all the students, which includes students of classes 9 to 12, is stable and all are in homeland. According to a bulletin issued by the Health Department, seven new cases of deaths from infections include seven from Hisar, five from Fatehabad, three each from Gurugram, Panipat, Rohtak and Rewari. While two patients died in Faridabad, one due to infection in Sonipat, Panchkula, Kurukshetra and Jind. Earlier, on September 20, 20 people lost their lives in the same day. Gurugram had the highest number of 659 new infections. After this, 606 new cases were reported in Faridabad and 351 in Hisar. 105–105 new patients were detected in Sonepat, Rohtak and Rewari. Currently, 19,543 patients of Kovid-19 are under treatment while the recovery rate is 89.55 percent. Meanwhile, the administration has ordered closure of educational institutions for a few days after more than 150 school children in three districts of the state were found to be infected with the corona virus. 91 students of 13 schools in Rewari district and 30 students and ten teachers of different schools in Jind district got infected with Kovid-19. In Jhajjar district, 34 students and two teachers fell prey to the virus. Deputy Commissioner of Rewari, Yashendra Singh said on Wednesday that the condition of all the students is located and they are in home-segregation. He said that the health department teams are regularly monitoring his health. Officials of the health department said that the schools where the students got infected have been closed as per government guidelines. Health Minister Anil Vij said in a statement that the teams of the Health Department will check the students and personnel in all schools. The minister said that action will be taken against schools that do not follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Meanwhile, Congress General Secretary Randeep Surjewala tweeted, “In Haryana, 149 school children and 12 teachers corona being infected is a matter of great concern. Did the Chief Minister and the Education Minister take cognizance of this? Is the government ensuring compliance with mask-sanitizer distribution and social distancing in schools? Tell the Chief Minister how the transition will stop and what is the policy?
