In the 11th season i.e. ‘KBC 11’ many contestants became millionaire winners, but no one could answer the question of 7 crores.

In ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 11’, Sanoj Raj of Bihar became the first millionaire of that season by winning Rs 1 crore. He gave the right answers to the 15 questions asked, but he also missed the answer to the 16th question asked for 7 crores.

The question asked of Sanoj Raj for the jackpot of 7 crores was:

Gautam Kumar Jha won 1 crore, he was asked this question of 7 crores

Another millionaire as Gautam Kumar Jha met in ‘KBC 11’. He won a sum of 1 crore but missed out on winning 7 crores. Gautam Kumar could not answer the 7 crore question asked.


The question was: What was the name of the three football clubs established in Durwan, Pretoria and Johannesburg in the early 20th century with the help of Mahatma Gandhi? There were four options for this question – A. Truth Seekers, B. Non-Violents, C. Passive Registered, D. Non-Cooperators

After quitting the game, Amitabh Bachchan asked Gautam to answer this question. Gautham asked to lock A. Truth Seekers, but this answer was wrong. The correct answer to this question was – C. Passive registered.

Ajit Kumar of Bihar also became a millionaire, could not answer this 7 crores question

Many contestants were millionaires in ‘KBC 11’. Ajit Kumar of Bihar also won 1 crore, but he too could not answer the 7 million jackpot question. Ajit Kumar had played such a great game that Amitabh Bachchan also praised him.

The 7 crore question he was asked was: Who is the first cricketer to score two fifties in two different T20 Internationals in a single day?
Its options were – Navroj Mangal, Mohammad Hafeez, Mohammad Shehzad and Shakib Al Hasan.

Ajit Kumar preferred to leave the game on this question. The correct answer was Mohammad Shahzad.

‘KBC 10’ Binita Jain becomes millionaire, left game on this question of 7 crores
Binita Jain became the first millionaire winner of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 10’. He had won the amount of 1 crore, but had to leave the game on the jackpot question.

The question Amitabh asked Binita Jain for 7 crores was:
Who invented the first stock ticker in 1867?

Its options were- Edward Calahan, Thomas Edison, David Gestetner and Robert Barclay

Binita knew the correct answer, but due to no lifeline, she did not want to take the risk and left the game. He was right when Binita replied after quitting. The correct answer was- Edward Calahan

Anamika Majumdar became millionaire winner in ‘KBC 9’, did not know the answer to this jackpot question

The first millionaire winner of the 9th season of ‘KBC’ was Anamika Majumdar. But she too could not answer the 7 crore question.

These two brothers had won 7 crores in just 8th season

But in the eighth season i.e. ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 8’, two brothers Achin and Sarthak Narula sit on the hot seat and become a winner by answering the jackpot question of 7 crores. In earlier seasons, the jackpot question amount was kept at 5 crores.
