The Mumbai Police (Mumbai Police) has filed a case of fraud against Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut. The case was registered following an order issued by a local court here. The author of ‘Didda: The Warrior Queen Of Kashmir’ had knocked the court against the actress alleging copyright infringement (copyright Violation), after which the court has issued these orders.
An FIR has been registered against Kangana Ranaut, Kamalkumar Jain, Rangoli Chandel and Akshat Ranaut at Khar police station in Mumbai. The book has been translated into English and has been titled as ‘Warrior Rani Didda of Kashmir’. In its complaint, its author Ashish Kaul alleged in front of Adalat that after this the copyrights of this book exist.

The complaint said that he had sent an email to Kangana in which he explained the story of his book and he used some part of the story in his tweet without his permission. Expressing his surprise on this matter, he said that it is not sure that an actor and social worker will grab someone’s story and book in this way.
After the Bandra Metropolitan Court court, an FIR was registered under sections 405, 415 and 120B of the IPC and its investigation was started. Let me tell you that 2 police cases are already going on in Mumbai against Kangana regarding her controversial tweets.
