Chennai: With only 2 days left for the IPL to start, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has received a big setback once again. RCB player Daniel Sams has become Corona positive. Daniel Symes is the second player to have Corona after RCB opener Devdutt Padikkal. Daniel Sams is placed in isolation. RCB has given information about Daniel Symes’s corona positive from his official Twitter handle. He told via tweet, ‘When Daniel Symes arrived at the team hotel in Chennai on April 3, his corona test came negative. The report of his second test came on April 7, in which he has been found to be Corona positive.

Daniel Sams will no longer play in the first several matches. Sames is the fourth player to be infected with Corona virus before IPL 2021. Daniel Symes of Australia is a fast bowler and he also bats when needed.
Daniel Sams has played four T20 matches for Australia. Symes has taken 63 wickets in 51 T20 matches and besides that he also bats tremendously. Sam’s has scored two great fifties in the Big Bash 10. Last season, Symes was part of the Delhi Capitals team. This year Delhi released him, after which RCB made him a part of their team. RCB will play their first match against Mumbai in Chennai. The first match will start at 7.30 pm.
