It is reported that Hyundai is now planning to set up a Hyundai Academy for Technical Skills Training Center in Tamil Nadu at a cost of Rs. ET Auto reported this.
This training center will be set up in the Irukkattukkottai area of Sriperumbudur. This was confirmed by a statement from Hyundai. Hyundai said in its statement that the technology academy will be set up to enhance the capacity of India’s youth.
In a statement released on October 23, Hyundai said the training center will be equipped with advanced technology. The training center will cover an area of 6.45 acres.
Hyundai plans to hire world-class professionals. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy inaugurated Hyundai’s Special Training Center online.
Industry Minister of Tamil Nadu MC Sampath, General Secretary K Shanmugam, some senior officials from Tamil Nadu, and top officials of Hyundai Company were also present.
No information on when the training center will be used is currently being released. However, Hyundai is reportedly working on building this training center.
This is the case with SS Kim, MD, and CEO of Hyundai Motor India Limited. He said the training center is an advanced and sophisticated training academy that will make the youth more professional in the future.
He said the training center will help India and Tamil Nadu gain a special status in the global arena.
It is clear from the statement of the Hyundai Company that India’s youth will benefit from the Hyundai Academy of Technology. It is expected that this will help to showcase the potential of Indian youth internationally.
Hyundai is one of the country’s leading automakers. The company is also looking to increase vehicle sales during line-up festivals. In the meantime, a training center is being constructed at a cost of Rs 150 crore.
