Honda launches Forza 125 and 350 models. It should be noted that the new Forza 350 replaces the Forza 300 in Honda’s model line-up, and the official details of the Forza 350 have now been released by the company.
The new scooter gets a 330cc liquid-cooled motor compared to the 279cc engine of the retreating model on the market.
The engine produces a maximum power of 29.2 bhp at 7500 rpm and 31.5 Nm of torque at 5250 rpm. Power and torque are 1.3 bhp and 4.3 Nm, respectively, higher than the previous model.
Other updates to the PowerTrain include larger throttle bodies and intake valves, updated intake and exhaust ports, a lighter crankshaft and a free-flowing exhaust valve.
The new Forza 350 is faster than the Forza 300. Honda claims that the Maxi scooter will reach a top speed of 137 kmph.
Additionally, the new Forza 350 introduces some visual updates. The Maxi-Scooter comes with an LED headlamp and LED taillight along with an emergency stop signal. It has an electrically adjustable windscreen of up to 180 mm, 40 mm larger than its predecessor.
The aluminum unit seen earlier has been replaced with a plastic grab rail, which saves 1.4 kg of weight. The Forza 350 Maxi scooter weighs 184 kg.
The scooter comes with a large under-seat storage that can hold up to two full-face helmets, as well as a USB charging socket.
On the other hand, there are no changes to Forza 125. It is powered by a four-valve, single-cylinder 125cc engine that produces 14.7 bhp at 8,750 rpm and 12.2 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm.
The new entry-level Maxi scooter has an electrically adjustable windshield, traction control and a USB charging port. It also comes with a keyless start and LED lighting.
Honda had earlier planned to launch the Forza 300 in the Indian market, but now that it has been replaced with the new Forza 350, the Maxi scooter is expected to arrive in the country.
