In the Sector-40 area of Gurgaon, the thieves committed a robbery incident in broad daylight on Monday. This theft incident happened in the afternoon when the woman went on duty. The thieves broke the lock and stole gold and silver jewelery worth millions of rupees and stole cash and other items. On receiving a complaint about this, the police registered a case of theft against the unknown. The police are involved in the investigation of the matter.
Originally a resident of Jaipur, Chetna Singh told the complaint to the Sector-40 police station that she lives in house number 257 of Sector-45. Shifted here a month ago. As usual, she went to duty in Sector-57 on Monday morning. When she came back home at about quarter to lunch, she saw that the lock of the house was broken. Looking inside, I found that the cupboard was also scattered.
1 kg gold-silver jewelery crossed
The thieves have stolen gold and silver jewelery weighing around one kilogram from here. Apart from this, two rings of diamonds, a mangalsutra, a gold pendant, a ring with a topaz, sapphire, ruby gem were stolen. The thieves also took cash of 20 thousand from here. Police team reached the spot after getting information. Here the police team took information about the stolen goods. After this, a case was registered against unknown.
Police engaged in investigation
Sub Inspector Surjit Singh, who is investigating the case, said that the police have registered a case and started investigation. CCTVs of the area around the house are being investigated. So far, the police have not found any clue about the theft incident.
