A case of cheating has come up in the name of selling flats to Navy’s lieutenant commander and her husband. It is alleged that without RERA registration and license the builder company booked a flat from them and took about Rs 94 lakh. Also, the flat which was allotted to him was also sold to someone else. An FIR has been lodged in Sector-50 Police Station after investigation by EOW on the complaint.
According to the police, the woman’s lieutenant commander Deepti Chauhan of the Navy has given this complaint. Her husband Lieutenant Commander Pradeep Singh Chauhan is also a complainant in the case. The charges of cheating have been leveled against M / s Ninex Developers Limited, the directors of the company Rammehar Garg, Sandeep Garg, Veena Garg and others. He says he met her in the year 2017. He said that many projects have been completed in Gurgaon. Book a flat and buy a buy back agreement for it. It will also get a fixed amount every month as a return. Later he will buy back the same flat. The flat was booked and signed on 23 February 2018. Flat No. 909, booked 2842 square feet on 9th floor. The flat was booked in Ninex City on about 17 acres in Sector-76. This project was reported in collaboration with Surajmal and Amrit Lal, residents of Wazirabad village. They were told that for 1 crore 25 lakhs, they have also got license for the project from Town and Country Planning.
Cheated by buy back agreement
At the time of agreement, 9 lakh 70 thousand rupees were given through check on 22 February 2018. On 28 February 2018, a DD of 80 lakh 55 thousand was given from HDFC Bank. 2 lakh 81 thousand rupees were transferred from RTGS. The complainant party deposited a total of Rs 94 lakh. The MoU and Buy Back Agreement was signed on 18 March. This flat builder was to buy back on or before 30 September 2019. For this, the accused also gave two checks of the total amount of the date of 30 September 2019. 70,500 rupees were to be given as monthly returns for this period as well. Also, the accused gave checks, but only 21 of the 36 checks could be cleared. When the complainant found out at his level, it was revealed that neither the project was registered. Nor was license taken from Harera. Also, this flat number was sold to Meena Devi and Nisha Gupta in the year 2014 also. The complaint was then reported to the police. ASI Dharambir of Sector-50 police station said that an FIR has been registered on the basis of preliminary investigation of EOW. The matter is being investigated and action is being taken.
