The state employees have now got a big relief from the Rajasthan High Court in the matter of the reduction of salary of state employees under the Disaster Act. Advocate Gopal Sandu said that the petitioner, Rajasthan State President of Ayurveda Association Dr. Gajendra Singh Charan, had submitted a petition in the Rajasthan High Court through advocate Gopal Sandu. Through this petition, the petitioner, while appealing to the court, said that the deduction under the Disaster Act from the salary of all the employees of Rajasthan including the Ayurveda Department is against the law. At the same time, calling this order of the government not justified, requested the employees to stop the cuts being made by this order.

Asked to return the order of deduction
According to advocate Gopal Sahu, in this case, the Rajasthan High Court Justice Dinesh Mehta has passed orders giving huge relief to the employees in the court hearing. The High Court has ordered not to cut staff in this case. Apart from this, orders have been made to return the 15 days deduction done in the month of March and the deduction made after November 20 to the employees.

What was the whole matter, know
Let us tell you that during the lockdown due to Corona infection, the state government stopped the salary of employees for fifteen days in the month of March. After this, an order was also issued by the government to deduct one day’s salary every month. This gave a lot of resentment among the employees, so the matter was challenged in the Rajasthan High Court, in which the court has now given a decision in favor of the state employees.
