On November 10, this process of the auction will be done through e-auction. All these assets of Dawood Ibrahim are in the Khed tehsil of Ratnagiri. Dawood’s seven land and one house will be auctioned.
SAFEMA official told that in this auction, the bidders can inspect the property on 2 November.
By 6 November the application process will be completed and deposits will be deposited through the bidder.
This auction process will be completed on November 10 through e-auction, tendering and public bidding.
SAFEMA official said that along with Dawood, his henchmen, drug mafia Iqbal Mirchi, 2 properties in Mumbai will also be auctioned.
These two properties are 2 flats inside a residential building in Santacruz, which are worth millions. The area of these two flats is said to be 1245 square feet.
Its total cost is about 3 crore 45 lakh rupees. According to the information, the property of Dawood and Iqbal Mirchi will be auctioned through the video conferencing process.
In April last year, Safema had auctioned a 600 square feet flat in the name of Dawood’s sister Hasina Parkar and sold it for 18 million.
