The lowest ranked club on paper among amateurs, Aire-Sur-La-Lys (R2) joined the 32nd finals of the Coupe de France for the first time in its history.
The little thumb is still alive. Aire-Sur-La-Lys, the Pas-de-Calais club playing in R2, qualified for the first time in its history in the 32nd round of the Coupe de France by eliminating a new N3 club. After Chantilly in the previous round, AC Amiens fell at the Paul Nestier stadium. In the 32nd final, the Airois will host Beauvais (N2) next weekend, with the hope of qualifying for an additional round, and why not cross paths with a professional club.

* The Mtsapéré team is blocked for the time being in Mayotte after some members of the team and staff tested positive before coming to meet in Clairefontaine. Part of the delegation was forced to turn around Thursday evening, while they were in Reunion. The players are followed by the local ARS with new tests carried out, and pending the agreement of the prefect to come, or not, to metropolitan France. The answer should come at the beginning of the week. Otherwise, Mstapéré would be obliged to forfeit.
