Washington
US President-elect Joe Biden described the rapid rise in corona virus cases in the country as dangerous. Biden has called on the current administration led by President Donald Trump to take immediate action. Biden said, ‘The facts he has told are quite worrying. In our country, cases of infection are increasing rapidly, the number of hospitalized patients is increasing and the epidemic is causing a lot of deaths. The situation is very bad in almost the whole country. He said that a good news has come this week towards making a safe and effective Kovid-19 vaccine. The drug company Pfizer on Monday claimed that the Kovid-19 vaccine developed by them is 90 percent effective.

Biden said the federal government should take strong and urgent steps regarding the epidemic. He said, ‘I have been elected to the US presidency, but I will be president next year. Matters will not stop till then, it is increasing very fast now. Considering the seriousness of the situation, the present administration needs to take concrete steps immediately.
