After winning qualification for the quarter-finals, PSG will have to wait a bit before knowing their next opponent. The quarter and half draw is scheduled for March 19.
A good thing done. PSG won its ticket to the quarter-finals of the Champions League for the second consecutive year and the seventh time in its history, Wednesday by snatching the draw against Barça (1-1). Large winners in the first leg (1-4), the Parisians suffered a clear Catalan domination, especially in the first half, but resisted it thanks to a huge Keylor Navas, in the goal. A different scenario from last season where Kylian Mbappé’s teammates had to overthrow Borussia Domtmund (2-0) after a defeat in the first leg in Germany (2-1).

Mauricio Pochettino’s men will have to be patient before knowing their next opponent. We still have to wait for the identity of the last four qualifiers who will be known next week at the end of the last round of 16.
Quarter and half draw on March 19
The draw for the quarter-finals and semi-finals will take place on Friday March 19 in Nyon (12 noon), home of European football. Each of the eight remaining teams will therefore know their way to a potential final.
Unlike the eighths which rewarded the first (reception on return), no seed or geographical protection will be determined for this draw. It will be the same for the semi-finals. The quarter-finals will be scheduled for April 6 and 7, and the returns a week later (April 13/14). The semi-finals will take place on April 27/28 (return: May 4/5). Finally, the final is scheduled for Saturday May 29 at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul.
For the moment, PSG, Borussia Dortmund and FC Porto are in the quarter-finals. They will be joined by the winners of Manchester City-Mönchengladbach (2-0 in the first leg), Real Madrid-Atalanta (1-0), Chelsea-Atlético (1-0) and Bayern-Lazio (4-1).
