Speaking at the event, IIT Delhi Director, Prof. V. Ramgopal Rao said that e-mobility is a top priority in the automobile industry and the need to protect the environment by adopting e-mobility.
Startups in India have revolutionized this field over the past few years. These startups are specializing in battery technology, vehicle analysis and electric vehicle charging, he said.
Arun Duggal, founder of CERCA and an alumnus of IIT Delhi, said that the electric beetle is symbolic and that the use of new technologies in Delhi NCR can alleviate air pollution.
One of the most effective ways to prevent the problem of air pollution is the use of electric vehicles. They claim that because electric vehicles do not release any toxic gas into the environment, they are considered 100% pollution free.
More than 3,000 electric vehicles have been registered since the implementation of the new Electric Vehicle Policy in Delhi. This policy has been implemented to promote the use of electric vehicles in Delhi and has been well received by the public.
