The central government has instructed its employees to download the Arogya Setu mobile app. According to news agency ANI, the government has given this instruction to all officers, personnel, and outsourced staff. It is known that the government had recently launched the Arogya Setu mobile app due to Coronavirus.
In the instructions issued to the employees, it is said that before coming to the office from home, they must check the status on the Arogya Setu App and only when the status of ‘Safe’ and ‘Low Risk’ is shown on the app.+
Officers and employees have been told that if they see ‘high risk’ or ‘moderate’ on the app, then they do not come to the office and isolate themselves for as long as they are safe or on the app. ‘Low risk’ did not appear.
Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed to the people to download the Arogya Setu mobile application on their mobile phones for the ongoing war against the coronavirus.
