In Faridabad-Palwal, the crime branch arrested the bullet-ridden robber who had been hunting the farmers and traders for several months. He used to target farmers and traders who used to come to Mandi to sell vegetables and grains. At the same time, people riding in vehicles with numbers from other states were also robbed by showing awe. Around 25 in the alleged Palwal and 12 in Faridabad have been involved in the robbery. He has done most of the incidents here in Chayansa, Sadar Ballabgarh and Mohna Mandi area. The crime branch has also recovered his silver bullet and illegal possession.

ACP Crime Anil Kumar said that Inspector Vimal Kumar and his team in-charge of Crime Branch-30 had been looking for a bullet-ridden robber in the city for a long time. On the basis of information received from sources, the team of Crime Branch-30 arrested him from Jewar area in Gautam Budh Nagar. During interrogation, crook Sunil alias Pagla (29) told the crime branch that he had committed around 12 incidents in the city. The 5 incidents have been revealed and the crime branch is investigating other cases.

He said that Pagla has also carried out more than 25 loot and theft incidents in Palwal region. In this case, information has also been given to the Palwal Police. The accused has been arrested by Crime Branch-30 on November 19 and taken on remand. The team is getting recovery in all the incidents. His silver bullet and illegal crime have also been recovered by the crime branch.

Used to do this kind of crime
Inspector Vimal Kumar said that the accused walked with a silver colored bullet. He had a good body, so that he could present himself like a policeman to others. He used to stop by overtaking the carriage of the traders coming from outside, then told them in awe that they had come behind by accident. After which his car was parked on the side of the road and used to take his bullet to the forest or deserted area. Then he used to rob cash, valuables and jewelery from him.
