As against OL, Christophe Galtier was somewhat nervous with the referee this Saturday, during Lille-Nice, match of the 35th day of Ligue 1. The technician claimed a red card for Lotomba, after a big sole on Bamba.

Is it the prospect of a possible title of champion of France that makes Christophe Galtier nervous? After summoning the referee last weekend during the clash against OL, the technician did it again this Saturday, during the match of the 35th day of Ligue 1 between Lille and Nice, in Pierre-Mauroy.

The former coach of the Greens feared the injury for Jonathan Bamba, victim of a large sole above the ankle from Jordan Lotomba in the 34th minute. The Nice player received only a yellow card and the VAR did not reverse Amaury Delerue’s decision.

“Come see the video and instead of giving me a yellow, you will put a red on it,” says Christophe Galtier on the edge of the field towards the referee, who inflicted a yellow card on him for protest. The Mastiffs coach had just seen the streak on a screen.

Jordan Lotomba will not be long on the field. The Swiss received a second yellow card in the 48th minute, again for an intervention on Jonathan Bamba. Which left the Aiglons at ten for almost the entire second period.
