Biopic on Col. Narinder ‘Bull’ Kumar, helped Indian Army in Siachen

Work on the biopic of late Colonel Narinder ‘Bull’ Kumar may start soon. Kumar conducted several military tests in Siachen during Operation Meghdoot of the Indian Army in 1984. The film, titled ‘Bull’, will feature the life of the late hero who helped the Indian Army on the forward posts of Siachen Glacier under operation. He was also the deputy leader of the first successful Indian Mount Everest Expedition of 1965. He died at the age of 87.

No announcement regarding castingThe rights to the biopic have been won by producers Ramon Chibb and Anku Pande. There is no official announcement regarding the casting of the film yet. Its story is written by Balwinder Singh Janjua.

Producers are grateful to Colonel Kumar’s family Chibb, who has been an Army officer, is also from the same regiment from which Colonel Narinder Kumar used to come.
