Ajay Devgn (Ajay Devgn) is all set to start shooting the final schedule of his upcoming sports film ‘Maidan’ (Maidaan). Its shooting will start in Mumbai on Valentine’s Day. The film will be released in Dussehra this year. The film is inspired by the true story of Indian football coach Syed Abdul Rahim, who coached and managed the Indian national team from 1950 to his death in 1963. It is believed that he changed the face of modern Indian football.
The major parts of the film directed by Amit Rabindranath Sharma have been shot in Lucknow, Kolkata and Mumbai. The shoot is expected to end by April. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “Maidan: Final Shoot to Begin. It will be shot from 14 February. Directed by Amit Ravindranath Sharma. Talking about the workfront, Ajay Devgan will be seen in the film ‘Meday’. Apart from Ajay Devgan, Amitabh Bachchan, Rakul Preet Singh and Angira Dhar will also be seen in this film. He will be seen in the film ‘Bhuj’ and in the film ‘RRR’.
